Beginning in June of 1994 and to this date, Wahab Construction has been building projects designed by our firm

Banco Santander, the first of these projects, located at 1401 Brickell Avenue, was completed in October of 1994 and it consisted of 40,000 sq. ft. at a cost of $1,800,000.

Republic National Bank, another one of these projects, located on LeJeune Road, was completed in July of 1996. It consisted of 10,000 sq. ft. at a cost of $450,000.

Del Monte Fresh Produce, the most recent of these projects, located at 241 Sevilla in Coral Gables, was completed in July of 2002 and consisted of 50,000 sq. ft. at a cost of $6.5 million.
