When we first planned to do a complete renovation on our building, I had the pleasure of receiving various proposals from different professional architectural firms. In interviewing these architectural firms, they have provided me insights of several general contractors as well. Your company has been described as professional, honest and delivers quality work.

I was not disappointed. Having worked with you throughout the project, I had first hand experience of your Company's professionalism and your staffs drive to do a good job.

In any project of this magnitude and various individuals being involved, there will always be challenges to keep the project on schedule and within budget. I personally want to thank you for your special efforts and utmost concern on these two main items. I always felt that you were looking after the company and that you wanted to make sure that we do not experience any unnecessary delays. You helped the project move along when it was getting stalled and you went out of your way to make sure that you deliver the building to the owner's full satisfaction.

Lastly, there were many, many things that I know that I have requested you and your company to do which were not within the scope of a general contractor's job. I cannot thank you enough for going out of your way to take care of these things.
